The quartz regulated Astrolabium has a month and zodiac disc and sun, moon and earth spheres.

Through the visible gear train the Astrolabium clock movement reproduces the annual orbit of the earth around the sun, with the earth rotating on its axis once in 24 hours and the moon revolving around the earth in 29.5 days.

In the course of a year, the earth passes all twelve zodiac signs, months and individual days, which are indicated on the nickel finished disc.
